Mark Lavin is an accomplished project manager with more than 10 years of experience in office moving. Mr. Lavin, who holds a BA in Fine Arts with a major in Interior Design, draws on his experience and education to systematize work flow and gain production efficiencies that few in the office and industrial relocation industry can match. In fact, during his tenure with Sher-Del Transfer, Mr. Lavin has managed numerous office moves that the clients thought of as nearly impossible; because of their complex and advanced technology, tight scheduling requirements or intricate modular systems. In each case, he has completed them as scheduled and within the established budget. Mr. Lavin is particularly accomplished in working on corporate and law firm libraries, as well as high density filing systems, and many clients turn to him to design and build storage shelving systems.
