This letter is long overdue and I apologize for the delay!

If it was not for your expertise and persistent salesmanship, the American Medical Association would have made a tremendous mistake in selecting another moving contractor. In doing so, we would have spent thousands of dollars needlessly. As you may recall, my concern was due to your use of Local 1922 labor instead of Local 814 labor to perform our move to 500 Fifth Avenue, New York, New York and 119 Cherry Hill Road, Parsippany, New Jersey. As evidenced by the move, neither building management company had any problems allowing your work force to complete the move as planned.

As Director of Corporate Facilities for the AMA, I must compliment you and your staff for an excellent move. It was executed on time and within budget, with the exception of the add-on's that were requested by AMA. It is indeed a credit to your organization to have resolved any outstanding issues to our mutual satisfaction. Please feel free to use this letter in your promotions, or have any of your vendors call me for a recommendation.
