Now that 1997 is finally over and I believe we are settling into a more normal routine, I just wanted to take a few minutes to express my thanks to you, Stanley, Manny, Robert, Steve, and the rest of your terrific staff for all of your hard and dedicated work during an incredibly busy time for our company.

Mergers are a complicated, emotional and demanding time for everyone. As you well know it essentially fell to me to handle all of the logistics of getting our two offices of 65,000 square feet and 110 people organized, packed, moved, settled and ready for work in as short a period of time as possible. Without the professionalism, patience, endurance and common sense of your entire staff, we accomplished everything quickly and efficiently. This certainly made my job much easier!

Our managers could not stop commenting on how much we got done in such a short time, how well the offices looked, and, most importantly, that our business was able to continue with a minimum of disruption. As we are a service business like you, you can understand how important it was for us to have a smooth and seamless transition to out clients and staff.

I know we have called on you many time between then and now as things are always arising, and as always things have gone smoothly. I look forward to our continued relationship and wish you and yours a happy, healthy and properous 1998.
