I apologize for the long delay in writing to you and Mark to express my profound thanks for the wonderful job that was done to move Facts On File from 460 Park Ave. South to 11 Penn Plaza in October 1995. I thank you and Mark, the moving crew and your staff for the diligent and professional manner in which the job was carried out. Especially your handling of the problems that arose with the building and the teamsters LOCAL 814, that could have made the job a living nightmare. The tagging was done without disrupting the office routine and they worked quickly and efficiently to remove cartons, computers, printers, plants, shelving and office furniture which had to be dismantled and reassembled for over 120 EMPLOYEES.
