I just wanted to drop you a line and personally thank you for a great job on the two moves you performed for us. With an intermediate move to swing space required because our permanent space would not be ready (and we could not extend our lease), myself and especially the partners were extremely apprehensive about our two relocations within the same year. Both moves were performed well beyond our expectations.

From the day you walked in the door, we knew we had the right guy.. Your knowledge of our particular location, the surrounding geography, loading space, elevator size, items to be moved . and the ability to put together a moving plan that would balance moving costs with potential down time of the business helped ensure two successful moves. Also, your people skills in dealing with two partners who had never experienced a major move as well as addressing the needs of our staff, went a long way in limiting stress in this very stressful situation.

I was particularly impressed with the way you highlighted potential problems-whether it be the double bus stop in front of the building or potential security issues (and potential delays) we could have encountered on the move to 55 Broad Street. We all felt we were "prepared for the worst but hoped for the best". Although problems were few, when they did occur they were resolved quickly because we all knew our roles in the move. Your managers and moving personnel on both moves were excellent and, of course, your personal involvement every step of the way was very much appreciated.

I am looking forward to an ongoing relationship as we look for you to handle our storage and internal moves within our space.
